This kettle was designed by Sori Yanagi and produced in Niigata in Japan, an area renowned for the craftsmanship and quality of their stainless steel products.
More than 15 factories are involved in the production of each kettle, and most of the parts are made by hand. In 1998 this product won the 'Good Design' award in Japan for exceptional design and functionality.
The wide bottom ensures rapid heating, making it a practical, as well as beautiful product.
