RETURNS POLICY

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
Sometimes things just don't work out! Any items bought in December either online or in our shops* can be returned by the 16th January, 2022 for a full refund. After this date our 14 days return policy will recommence.

*This excludes our space in Dover Street Market who have their own returns policy.


1. UNWANTED PURCHASES
We can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition and in its original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that we cannot reimburse postage costs of the initial order or the postage cost of returning an item.

Please ensure items being returned are packed well: Items returned that are damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer and may not be refunded.

2. DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

3. HOW TO RETURN
Please inform us of your intent to return an order to orders@labourandwait.co.uk and include your order number at the top of the address on the package, posted to:

Do not post return orders to any other of our locations, as this will severely delay the processing of your return.
