The original Italian stove-top espresso pot, first manufactured by Alfonso Bialetti in the 1930s. The Moka Express model is still a best seller today and is recognised by the 'little man with the moustache'.
Bialetti's promise was that you could now produce an espresso as good as one in a bar -"in casa un espresso come al bar" - and that holds true to this day.
