ORDERING
We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.
Credit Card orders are processed securely by Shopify Payments, Labour and Wait does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.
Apple Pay and Google Pay are alternative payment methods which do not require you to sign up or share your card details.
We can still accept postal orders accompanied by a cheque. Cheques will not be cashed until your goods are ready to be dispatched.

Please note that pictures may not be to scale; always check dimensions. Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, there may be some slight variation.
DELIVERY
Delivery will either be with Royal Mail or courier service with DPD, depending on the option selected. Sometimes, due to weight and size restrictions, only DPD will be available.
Royal Mail and DPD postage costs £4.00. Please note, these costs only apply to mainland U.K; there may be a surcharge for Highlands and Islands as well as long items. Orders that qualify for free postage will be posted at the best rate available, meaning it may take up to 7 days for the order to arrive.
We aim to process orders the same day, although at busy times we may take up to one working week. Please note, however, that our mail order department is closed at weekends and bank holidays, as well as the period 24th December - 2nd January.

Delivery charges are for a fixed postal cost depending on the weight of the package. We do not add any extra charge for packing, as we recycle all the packaging we receive.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We welcome international orders. Delivery charges will be added before payment is taken. International shipping is calculated volumetrically, so is determined by the size and the weight of the package. If you would like a specific quote, if you would like to query a shipping charge, or if you have a special request, please email orders@labourandwait.co.uk.
Please include a telephone number on International orders, as local couriers will need to contact you.
Please note that overseas customers may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us.
Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of International Orders.
RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your purchases from Labour and Wait but if not, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition. Please contact us for more information. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse postage costs.
PRIVACY
We make every effort to protect the privacy of our users and customers. As such we will not ask for personal details that are not required as part of your transaction. Any personal data collected by us online will be safely and securely stored.
