This traditional teapot is still made in Staffordshire, England. The humble 'Brown Betty' of today can trace its origins back to the end of the 17th century when a Stoke-on-Trent teapot made from the local Red clay was considered a luxury item. The teapots are still hand cast and our 'Brown Betty' has a traditional clear glaze which enhances the natural colour of the clay. The perfect way to make a British cuppa!
